Rev. Dr. Keith Garvin-Howell, a lifelong resident of Jersey City, is a committed faith-based leader with a strong record of governance, community engagement, and social justice advocacy. He has spent years working to uplift individuals and communities through strategic initiatives, service through God and civic leadership.

His passion for service extends beyond the pulpit—he firmly believes that achieving excellence is not optional but essential. As Senior Pastor of The Sanctified Church, Inc., he leads a historic institution that implements community outreach initiatives and fosters civic engagement through mentorship and civic engagement. As Chief Executive Officer of KGH Enterprises, LLC, he spearheads projects that promote economic empowerment, organizational development, and leadership training.

His extensive work in ministry has seamlessly extended into public service. As a Regional Clinical Chaplain with Compassionate Care Hospice, he has provided critical support to individuals and families navigating medical and personal challenges. His ongoing Clinical Pastoral Education with Hackensack Meridian Health positions him as a strong advocate for mental health awareness, holistic care, and healthcare policy reform.

Holding a Doctorate in Ministry from Grace Theological Seminary, Howell has combined academic excellence with real-world impact. His ability to address complex issues, engage stakeholders, and implement solutions has earned him recognition as a trusted leader in both religious and civic communities. His influence transcends social, racial, economic, and denominational barriers, making him a sought-after speaker and lecturer at colleges, institutions, and community organizations.

Keith Howell lives in Jersey City with his wife Kayla and together they are the proud parents of their daughter, Parker Monai. His leadership is deeply rooted in family values, community strength, and a vision for a more just and equitable society.
